The Shadow knows you want to register for PulpFest 2026. Unfortunately, early registration is now closed.
All is not lost. You will be able to register for the convention at the door. All PulpFest 2026 members — including dealers — must register for the convention.
Full membership to PulpFest 2026 if staying at the DoubleTree and paying at the door will cost $50. This includes free early-bird shopping on Thursday, July 30, to thank you for your tremendous support.
If you are staying elsewhere, but want to be part of early-bird shopping on Thursday, July 30, your cost will be $80.
If you are staying elsewhere, but do not want to be part of early-bird shopping, your cost will be $50 for a full-weekend membership (good for Friday through Sunday). Thursday shopping is not included.
You will also be able to purchase single-day memberships to PulpFest 2026 for Friday or Saturday for $25 per day. Single-day memberships are not available on Thursday.
An early-bird membership will get you into the dealers’ room from 9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. on Thursday, July 30. Only staff, dealers, and early birds will be allowed into the dealers’ room during these hours.
Children aged 15 and younger, accompanied by an adult, will be admitted at no charge. However, they must be registered.
Registration will be held outside the entrance to our dealers’ room at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Pittsburgh – Cranberry on Thursday, July 30, running from 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., and on Friday and Saturday, running from 9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. If paying at the door, you can use cash, check, or credit card. Entry to PulpFest 2026 on Sunday is free.
When registering, we will need your name, mailing address, email address, and, if you’re staying at the DoubleTree, your room confirmation number. You can download a registration form by clicking here. If you’re unable to do this, forms will be available at the door.
For those wishing to sell at PulpFest 2026, our dealers’ room in full. We have no tables available.
