Scheduled for August 5 to 8, PulpFest 2027 will take place at the beautiful DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Pittsburgh – Cranberry in Mars, Pennsylvania.

A room with a king bed or two queen beds will cost $143 plus tax per night. A room with a king bed or two queen beds, with balcony, will cost $163 plus tax per night. All rooms are equipped with mini-fridges.
The hotel offers free Wi-Fi and free parking to all guests. The convention room rate includes complimentary full hot breakfasts each day of your stay. However, if you use Hilton points to book your stay, the complimentary breakfasts are not included with your reservation.

You must book your room by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Monday, July 12, to receive the convention rate. Any reservations made after the deadline will be accepted at the best available rate, if rooms are available. We recommend booking your room as soon as possible.
Please note that a deposit equaling the first night’s room rate plus tax is required at the time of reservation. You will have until 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Saturday, June 5, to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of your deposit. Any cancellation made after the deadline will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
