If you have yet to book your hotel room for PulpFest 2026, you’re running out of time. Earlier today, we filled our expanded block of hotel rooms for Friday night. Although there are a few rooms yet available at our original convention rate on Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, our Friday night block is booked solid.
But all is not lost! The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Pittsburgh – Cranberry in Mars, Pennsylvania, has a special “Last Chance Rate” for PulpFest 2026 attendees. The cost is $149 plus tax per night. To get this rate, please click the “Book a Room” link on our home page or click here. Many of these rooms have balconies or other amenities.
The hotel offers free Wi-Fi and free parking to all guests. Included in the convention room rate are complimentary hot breakfasts each day of your stay. If you use Hilton points to book your stay, the complimentary breakfasts are not included with your reservation.
If you only plan to stay at PulpFest on nights other than Friday, there are still a few rooms available on select nights at our original PulpFest rate of $138 plus tax per night. Click here to see what’s available. Please note that the dates automatically populate to Wednesday through Monday. Click the dates and make any changes to the calendar that appears. Then click “update.”
The rooms available at the original rate are very limited. Please don’t wait until the last minute to book these rooms.

You must book your room by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, to get the special convention deal. Any reservations made after the deadline will be accepted at the best available rate if rooms are available. We recommend booking your room as soon as possible.
Please note that a deposit equaling the first night’s room rate plus tax will be required at the time of reservation. You will have until 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on June 29, 2026 — one month before the start of PulpFest 2026 — to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of your deposit. Any cancellation made after the deadline will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
