PulpFest

Starting Today — A Daily PulpFest Post!

Since May 5, we’ve had an announcement about this year’s PulpFest three days each week. Starting today, we’ll have a post every weekday — Monday through Friday — with an occasional weekend post.  We’ll maintain this pace through August 11, the day after the 2025 convention ends.

In future posts, we’ll discuss our PulpFest 2025 dealers, highlights from this year’s issue of The Pulpster, previews of new books premiering at PulpFest, and more.

And don’t forget to visit our auction page where you’ll find over 200 lots of pulps, books, and more up for bids. Those who can’t attend PulpFest 2025 can place online bids through Saturday, August 2.

We also have a new link on our top menu where you can order a PulpFest t-shirt. They’re available in a variety of sizes in black or royal blue with the PulpFest logo across the chest (photo below). Click here for the link where you can check them out and place your order. They’ll also be available for sale at PulpFest 2025.

So what are you waiting for? Don’t live on the edge! Register now for PulpFest 2025 by clicking the “registration” button at the top of this page. Become a member of this “Summer’s Pulp Con.” Advance registrations will be ending on Sunday, August 3.

If you’re interested in selling at PulpFest, our dealers’ room is full. However, we are adding a limited number of tables in the pre-function foyer outside of the dealers’ room. These tables will cost $125 each and will be guarded by security overnight. If you are interested, please write to Jack Cullers at jack@pulpfest.com to sign up for a spot. Any attendees who are interested in providing security services, please write to Jack Cullers at his email address above.

While you’re at it, don’t forget to book a room. Due to cancellations, our host hotel, the beautiful DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Pittsburgh – Cranberry has a few rooms left at the convention rate. Click here to make your reservation. You can also reserve a room at our host hotel by calling 1-724-776-6900 or 855-610-8733. To receive the special convention rate of $136 plus tax per night, you must mention that you are a PulpFest attendee or use the code CDT91R. To get the convention rate, you must book your room by 11:59 pm on Tuesday, July 15.

You can click here for nearby hotels if the rooms at the DoubleTree are no longer available.

If you’re looking for a roommate, contact Jack Cullers at jack@pulpfest.com. He may be able to help.

We look forward to seeing you August 7 – 10 at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Mars, Pennsylvania. PulpFest will be celebrating “The Masters of Blood and Thunder,” “The Great Pulp Villains,” and more at our 2025 convention. Please click the 2025 schedule button on our website to learn more about our great programming.

And don’t forget about the other terrific conventions that will be held in conjunction with this year’s PulpFest — Doc Con XXI, ERBFest 2025, and FarmerCon XX. That’s four conventions for the price of one!
