PulpFest 2026 will stop accepting advance registrations on Sunday, July 26, at 10 pm Eastern Time. We will shut down our PulpFest PayPal page at that time.
A full-weekend advance membership to PulpFest 2026 will cost you $40 — if staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Pittsburgh – Cranberry — and $50 if staying elsewhere. If you’d like to take part in our early-bird shopping in the dealers’ room from 9 am to 4:45 pm on Thursday, July 30, it’s free if you’re staying at our host hotel. That’s how we thank loyal attendees who help to defray the convention’s costs by staying at our host hotel. It will cost an additional $30 if you are staying elsewhere.
For those of you who prefer not to register in advance, you will be able to do so at the door.
A full weekend membership to PulpFest 2026 will cost $50 at the door. Early-bird memberships for those not staying at the DoubleTree will cost an additional $30.
Daily memberships for Friday or Saturday will also be available for $25 per day. Sunday single-day memberships are not available, as many of our dealers generally begin to pack up on Sunday morning, making buying opportunities limited.
All members — dealers included — will be able to register for the convention from 8 am to 4:45 pm on Thursday, July 30. Our registration desk will be in the foyer outside of our dealers’ room at the DoubleTree.

Your PulpFest membership allows entry to all convention activities, including our daytime and evening programming, auction, and dealers’ room. A full membership covers the entire convention, running from July 30 to August 2.
Children, accompanied by a parent, who are fifteen and younger, will be admitted free of charge to PulpFest 2026. However, they must be registered for the convention and in the company of a parent.
The general public is very much welcome to attend our programming free of charge. However, to enter our dealers’ room, you must be registered for the convention.
Members of the general public will also be able to attend our auction on Saturday evening, August 1. However, if non-members wish to bid, it will cost $5 for a badge to bid during the auction.
You can register to bid in our auction at our front desk during our daytime hours on Friday or Saturday, and just before the auction on Saturday evening.

Don’t fight the crowd by waiting to register at the door. Register in advance and beat the rush.
