PulpFest’s New Dealers’ Room Banner

PulpFest Shop BannerThe Hyatt Regency Columbus is a pretty big place. That’s why it’s able to have two conventions taking place at the same time — Matsuricon and PulpFest. To help you find your way around and make sure you’re heading for the right spot, the PulpFest organizing committee asked its designer, William Lampkin, to come up with some banner art that will help us mark our various locations.

You’ll find this stirring SHOP banner located outside our dealers’ room on the third floor of the Hyatt Regency Columbus. Also known as the Regency Ballroom, our dealers’ room is where our registration area is also located. So watch for the PulpFest SHOP banner when you’re looking to register for PulpFest so you can enter our fantastic dealers’ room, featuring nearly 16,000 square feet of selling space and fifty exhibitors of pulp magazines and related materials, vintage paperbacks, digests, men’s adventure and true crime magazines, first edition hardcovers, series books, dime novels, original art, Big Little Books, B-movies and serials and related collectibles, old-time-radio shows, Golden and Silver Age comic books, and more.

(The new PulpFest Dealers’ Room banner, designed by William Lampkin — who also edits THE PULPSTER for the convention — features the artwork of Arnold Kohn. It originally ran on the front cover of the June 1949 issue of AMAZING STORIES, published by Ziff-Davis.)
